All 4C cooperating CB are granted 5 free training tickets for the 4C Core Live Training per year.
All 4C certified ME using the 4C Deforestation Assessment services are granted 2 free tickets for the 4C Core Live Training per year.
All registered IBs and FBs are granted 2 free tickets for the 4C Core Live Training per year.

4C Academy Offers 2 Types of Trainings
4C Core Training
The 4C Core Training is developed in a comprehensive, flexible, and didactic manner, offering all system users a Knowledge Base available 365 days a year in multiple languages. The Knowledge Base covers the entire certification process and the general operation of the 4C certification system, complemented by live sessions designed to explore specific topics, answer questions, and provide practical, real time examples.

Live Training Day Contents
The goal is to ensure that all users gain a deeper understanding of the 4C certification system and its procedures.
4C Add-On Trainings
Acknowledging specific challenges in coffee supply chains, 4C offers a solution in the form of Add-Ons to the core certification based on the 4C Code of Conduct.
Add-Ons are modules that are applied on top of the regular certification requirements and procedures.
The 4C Add-On Trainings provide 4C System Users with all the necessary knowledge to go beyond the 4C Code of Conduct and effectively address these additional challenges.
4C Gender Equality Add-On Training
Learn about the deeper integration of the gender equality topic into the 4C certification system.
4C Food Security Add-On Training
Learn about this module that provides a comprehensive solution to respond to the human right to food and other cross-cutting human rights.
4C Carbon Footprint Add-On Training
Learn about this module that provides a comprehensive solution to respond to the increasing consumer demand for sustainably sourced coffee and transparent and reliable information about its carbon footprint.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of 15%
Get your EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of 15% for all registering 30 days prior to the first day of the respective 4C Online Training!
GROUP DISCOUNT SCHEME
Only applicable for more than one participant from the same company in the same training. For the certification bodies, this applies to auditors under the same contract with 4C Services GmbH.
- No. of participants: 2 → 20%
- No. of participants: 3-4 → 30%
- No. of participants: 5-9 → 40%
- No. of participants: 10 or + → 50%
Cancellation Policy
- Until the 31st day before the first day of training: free of charge
- Between the 30th and 21st day before the first day of training: 20% of the total amount of the invoice
- Between the 20th and 11th day before the first day of training: 50% of the total amount of the invoice
- Between the 10th and the 1st day of training: 100% of the total amount of the invoice
Terms of Payment
Attestation of participation can only be issued for participants who attended to the end and also actively participated in the group work sessions.
To enable successful participation in 4C Online Trainings, participants need a computer or laptop and a stable Internet connection.
General Notes
The training fees are to be paid at the latest 30 days after receipt of the invoice and prior to the training. Payment of the training fee can be done by bank transfer (please use the banking details indicated on the invoice).
